Is the MSI Reward Program personal?
Yes, the MSI Reward Program is personal and connected to your account.
How do I cancel or re-activate my MSI Rewards membership?
A Member may cancel his/her membership in the MSI Reward Program at any time by unchecking the "MSI Reward Program" checkbox on [My Profile] page (https://register.msi.com/member/profile
). Please note that your points balance resets to zero(0) if you want to opt-back in at a later date. Re-engagement with the program requires re-opting into the Program Terms and Conditions and user will have zero (0) points and Bronze tier at the time of re-engagement.
How can I check my points balance?
I performed an action but don't see my points?
Most Points should automatically register in your account after you perform an action like completing profile, registering products except reviewing products which MSI staff has to manually approve for. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust.
Why didn't I get points for my referral?
In order for us to track your referrals, your friends must click on your unique referral link and then complete registration or another actions. We will only be able to identify you as the referring member if your friends click your referral link and take actions from the same device. Once we’ve identified that the actions are associated with your link, we’ll then be able to distribute your rewards points.
Do my MSI Reward Program Points expire?
The Points you collect towards Rewards will expire after 12 months If you has not earned or spent points during that timeline. MSI will always apply the oldest Points towards your any Reward you redeem regardless of the tier. If your account is closed for any reason, your Points will expire 12 months from the calendar month in which your account was closed.
Can I transfer Points to a different MSI Account?
Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason.
How do I use my points to redeem items in the Redeem catalog?
You can redeem for an item by selecting the thumbnail image of the item and clicking on the [Redeem] button. You will receive a confirmation screen, and Points will be deducted immediately from your Account.
How are you handling my personal information (GDPR)?
Can I send a reward to a friend?
All rewards are awarded in the corresponding email address in your MSI Rewards account. Rewards are non-transferable.
Will I lose my Points if I change the country of my MSI Reward Program Account?
Your Points can only be used in a specific country where you earned them. The points you haven't used yet remain in your account until they expire, but will only be displayed on My Reward if they can be used with your current country setting.
If your account is set to France and you have earned 500 Points, you are NOT able to see these 500 Points if you change your country to another ones (e.g. Taiwan). Changing your country settings back to France would allow you to see the 500 Points again.
